Aleah - it is the lights of Christmas festival up at Warm Beach Camp. It is pretty cool - they have horse drawn carriage rides, Santa, petty zoo, little shops, and plenty of lights. It does cost a little (12 for adults, I am not sure about kids . . . . ).
