Pumpkin Carving

Today we had our first pumpkin carving experience. When Sean was asked what he wanted to put on his pumpkin he said, "mustache". Well, ok. Sorry about the ketchup on the face in this photo

Sean was a little unsure of the innards . . . he said there was scary stuff in there.
Molly was a little unsure about the whole process at first, but then we explained what we were doing and she got pretty excited.

And the finished product, mustache and all. Don't judge, it was my first pumpkin carving attempt since grade school.

We know that blanket! Molly certainly makes it look good! I agree that your pumpkin is fantastic. I also agree with Sean that pumpkin innards are scary. He's the brave one for making a go of it! It's amazing to see how fast they both are growing. Sean is turning into such a little man and Molly is losing all of her baby chub! Tell her to slow down! Lola and I say thanks for all of the great advice. We are definitely going with cloth diapers and homemade wipes! What an inspiration you all are! Keep the suggestions coming!
