Low Tide

Yesterday was the lowest tide we have had in over 4 years. So since I had the day off Sean and I went down to the beach at low tide (along with every elementary school in the area). It was lots of fun, we saw some great things . . . so cool to look at what is normally under water . . . . but then again I am a science nerd. Here are a few pics from our outing:

How fun! Classes at my school have been visiting different beaches all week! Do you just work part time? If so, how fun to have that time with your little guy!

That's so awesome! I love super low tides & did not realize Wednesday was one. It's always been funny to me that some people think the smell at low tide stinks, meanwhile to me it smells like home (having grown up in Loyal Heights where you could smell a low tide from our front porch). :)
Glad you & Sean got out to explore it!
